Shipping policy

Most of our products are shipped from our base in the Uk and you can experience fast delivery in most cases. One or two individually, custom made items are often overseas so could take up to 2-3 weeks delivery time in some cases.

Everything is processed very quickly however and we endeavour to get items to you ASAP. Please get in touch at support@neurocandy.co.uk if you've any concerns. We hope you enjoy your specially made products when they do arrive however!
